Reglamento de la Granollers Cup’25.

1.- JUGADORES PARTICIPANTES

Cada equipo estará formado por un máximo de 16 jugadores por partido, inscritos debidamente en el formulario de inscripción de jugadores proporcionado por la organización. Este formulario se tendrá que librar antes del inicio de la participación en el torneo.

Un jugador puede jugar con otro equipo de su club únicamente en el supuesto de que este sea de mayor categoría (p. ex: un infantil puede jugar con el cadete). Sin embargo, si el club tiene más de un equipo de superior categoría solo se podrá alinear en uno de ellos (p. Ex: un infantil puede jugar con el Cadete 1 de su club, pero no con el Cadete 2)

En el supuesto de que haya más de un equipo del mismo club a la misma categoría, el jugador solo podrá jugar con el equipo donde esté inscrito durante toda la competición (p. ex un jugador del Infantil 1 no puede jugar con el Infantil 2).

Un jugador tampoco puede jugar partidos con equipos de diferentes clubes. Si infringe esta norma, quedará excluido del Torneo. A los equipos en que se haya alineado se los dará el partido por perdido 10 a 0 y se los descontará 2 puntos de la clasificación. Si se trata de un partido eliminatorio, perderán la eliminatoria.

2.- FÓRMULA DE COMPETICIÓN

B.- INFANTIL MASCULI  2011-2012 (INMA):

Participan 72 equipos, divididos en 12 grupos de seis equipos, que jugarán la primera fase en una liguilla de todos contra todos. Se clasificarán directamente para los Decimosextos de Final, los PRIMEROS y SEGÚN de cada grupo con los 8 mejores TERCEROS Posteriormente, se jugarán los Octavos de Final, Cuartos de final, Semifinales, 3.º y 4.º Lugar y la Final.

Os recordamos que a la competición infantil masculina está permitido realizar cambios de jugadores cuando el equipo no disponga de la posesión de la pelota y siempre que los jugadores a los que sustituyan hayan dejado el terreno de juego.

Así mismo, os comunicamos que están autorizadas las “defensas mixtas” (se entiende que es cuando un jugador se ocupa exclusivamente del marcaje de un adversario, siguiéndolo por todo el terreno de juego) a uno o más jugadores por parte de los jugadores defensores.

3.- DURADA DE LOS PARTIDOS 

Los partidos tendrán una duración de 30 minutos, divididos en 2 partes de 15 minutos, con un descanso de 3 minutos. Los jugadores tienen que estar inscritos debidamente en el formulario de inscripción de jugadores proporcionado por la organización que se tendrá que entregar a la misma antes del inicio de la participación en el torneo.

El tiempo de exclusión será 1 minuto.

NO HABRÁ TIEMPO MUERTO

4.- PILOTA DE JOC

Las pelotas deberán tener las medidas siguientes:

Se prohíbe la utilización de sustancias adhesivas o resinas en categorías cadetes e inferiores.

5.- CRITERIOS DE CLASSIFICACIÓN

En cada partido se disputan 2 puntos, que serán por I ‘equipo que gane. En caso de empate se otorgará 1 punto para cada equipo.

a)    Criterios de desempate en la liguilla de clasificación

Empate entre 2 equipos

                        i.         Resultado del partido disputado entre ambos equipos exclusivamente (gol average particular)

                      ii.         Mayor diferencia de goles con la intervención de todos los Clubes que participen a la competición (gol average general)

                     iii.         Mayor número de goles marcados, interviniendo todos los clubes.

                     iv.         En el caso poco probable que persista el empate, lanzamiento de siete metros, según fórmula *IHF, en una pista a determinar por el Comité de Competición

Empate entre más de 2 equipos

                        i.         Puntos resultantes de una clasificación particular entre los equipos empatados.

                      ii.         Mayor diferencia de goles entre los equipos implicados, exclusivamente.

                    iii.         Mayor diferencia de goles interviniendo el resto de los equipos (gol average general)

                    iv.         Mayor número de goles marcados interviniendo exclusivamente los Clubes empatados.

                      v.         Mayor número de goles marcados por todos los clubes que intervinieron a la competición

                    vi.         En el caso poco probable que persista el empate, lanzamiento de siete metros, según fórmula IHF, en una pista a determinar por el Comité de Competición

b)    Criterios de desempate en Partidos de Repesca, Decimosextos, Octavos, Cuartos de final, Semifinales y Final

                        i.         Prórroga de 5 minutos, con servicio del árbitro desde el centro de la pista

                      ii.         Si persiste el empate después de la prórroga, se recurrirá al sistema de Gol de Oro, con servicio del árbitro desde el centro de la pista.

c)    Criterios por la determinación de los mejores terceros en comparación de los diferentes grupos.

                        i.         Mejor coeficiente entre puntos hechos en los diferentes partidos jugados al grupo.

P.e. Equipos A 6 puntos en 7 partidos = 0,85 // Equipo B 6 puntos en 6 partidos = 1,00

Sería mejor tercer equipo B

6.- PUNTUALIZACIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL TORNEO

1. Se formará un Comité de Competición, el cual velará por todos los posibles incidentes y las situaciones especiales que presente el desarrollo del torneo.
2. Este Comité de Competición puede determinar que un jugador que haya sido descalificado por agresión a un contrario, actitud violenta, desprecio a los árbitros o cualquier otra falta que se pueda calificar de grave, no pueda volver a jugar más durante el resto del torneo.
3. La orden y horario de los partidos no podrán ser modificados por ningún motivo, excepto por decisión del Comité de Competición del torneo.
4. Los arbitrajes irán a cargo de colegiados pertenecientes al Colegio de Árbitros de la Federación Catalana de Balonmano, así como parejas de árbitros pertenecientes a la Real Federación Española de *Balonmano participantes en el Curso de Árbitros que se realiza en Granollers durante el torneo. También habrá parejas invitadas por la organización pertenecientes a federaciones participantes en el torneo.
5. Los delegados Federativos tienen la potestad de intervenir durante los partidos en el caso de producirse acciones antideportivas por parte de jugadores y/u oficiales de los equipos participantes en el partido.
6. Aparte de las normas específicas del torneo detalladas en el presente reglamento, el resto de las reglas de aplicación son aquellas que recoge la normativa de la Real Federación Española de Balonmano y la de la International Handball Federation (IHF).
7. VERIFICACIÓN DE FECHAS DE NACIMIENTO DE LOS JUGADORES PARTICIPANTES

1)    El Comité de Competición tiene la potestad de verificar en todo momento las fechas de nacimiento de los jugadores participantes en los partidos de la Granollers *Cup. Por este motivo, hace falta que los jugadores participantes aporten un documento donde se acrediten los datos mencionados (DNI, pasaporte, carné de conducir...).

2)    La verificación de las fechas de nacimiento de los jugadores se podrá efectuar durante todo el torneo. Si la verificación se produce a la finalización del partido y se comprueba que algún jugador no aporta la documentación necesaria tiene un plazo de 1 hora para poder demostrar su edad ante el Comité Organizador.

3)    Si una vez efectuada la verificación se encuentra que algún jugador o equipo infringen la reglamentación, la organización sancionará con la pérdida del partido al equipo infractor por 10 goles a 0 y la sanción de 1 partido al jugador.

4)    En el supuesto de que la solicitud de verificación de datos no lo efectúe de oficio el Comité de Competición, el solicitante tendrá que presentar una instancia a la Oficina de Organización en que conste el partido que desea que se haga la revisión y pagar un canon de 100 € no retornables.

Rules of Game de la Granollers Cup’25.

1.- PARTICIPATING PLAYERS

Each team will consist of a maximum of 16 players per match, duly registered on the player registration form provided by the organization. This form must be submitted before the start of participation in the tournament.

A player can play with another team from their club only if it is of a higher category (e.g., a youth player can play with the cadet team). However, if the club has more than one team in a higher category, the player can only be aligned with one of them (e.g., a youth player can play with the Cadet 1 of their club, but not with Cadet 2).

If there is more than one team from the same club in the same category, the player may only play with the team they are registered with for the entire competition (e.g., a player from Infantil 1 cannot play with Infantil 2).

A player also cannot play matches with teams from different clubs. If he violates this rule, he will be excluded from the Tournament. The teams in which he was aligned will be given the match as lost 10 to 0 and will be deducted 2 points from the standings. If it is a knockout match, they will lose the knockout round.

2.- COMPETITION

B.- INFANTIL MASCULI  2011-2012 (INMA):

 72 teams participate, divided into 12 groups of six teams, who will play the first phase in a round-robin format. The FIRST and SECOND from each group will directly qualify for the Round of 32, along with the 8 best THIRD-PLACED teams. Subsequently, the Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, 3rd and 4th Place, and the Final will be played.

We remind you that in the INMA, player substitutions are allowed when the team does not have possession of the ball and if the players being substituted have left the field of play.

Likewise, we inform you that "mixed defenses" are authorized (this is understood to mean when a player is exclusively responsible for marking an opponent, following them all over the playing field) for one or more players by the defensive players.

3.- DURATION OF THE MATCHES

The matches will last 30 minutes, divided into 2 halves of 15 minutes each, with a 3-minute break. The players must be properly registered on the player registration form provided by the organization, which must be submitted to them before the start of the tournament participation.

The exclusion time will be 1 minute.

4.- THE BALL

The balls must have the following measurements: *

The use of adhesive substances or resins is prohibited in cadet and lower categories.

5.- CLASSIFICATION CRITERIA

In each match, 2 points are contested, which will be awarded to the winning team. In case of a tie, 1 point will be awarded to each team.

a)    Tiebreaker criteria in the qualifying round

Tie between 2 teams

               i.         Result of the match played exclusively between both teams (head-to-head goal difference)

              ii.         Greater goal difference with the involvement of all Clubs participating in the competition (overall goal average) Greater goal difference with the participation of all the Clubs that take part in the competition (overall goal average) 

             iii.         Highest number of goals scored, with all clubs participating. Highest number of goals scored, with all clubs participating.

            iv.         In the unlikely event that the tie persists, a seven-meter throw will be taken, according to the *IHF formula, on a court to be determined by the Competition Committee.

Tie between more than 2 teams

               i.         Points resulting from a particular ranking among the tied teams.

              ii.         Greater goal difference between the teams involved, exclusively. Greater goal difference between the teams involved, exclusively.

            iii.         Highest goal difference involving the rest of the teams (overall goal average) Greater goal difference involving the rest of the teams (overall goal average)

            iv.         Higher number of goals scored, considering only the tied Clubs. Greater number of goals scored exclusively by the tied Clubs.

             v.         Highest number of goals scored by all the clubs that participated in the competition

            vi.         In the unlikely event that the tie persists, a seven-meter throw will be taken, according to the *IHF formula, on a court to be determined by the Competition Committee.

b)    Tiebreak criteria in Playoff Matches, Round of 32, Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Final

               i.         Overtime of 5 minutes, with the referee serving from the center of the court

              ii.         If the tie persists after the extra time, the Golden Goal system will be used, with the referee serving from the center of the court. If the tie persists after extra time, the Golden Goal system will be used, with the referee serving from the center of the court.

c)    Criteria for determining the best third-placed teams in comparison across different groups.

               i.         Better coefficient between points scored in the different matches played in the group.

E.g. Team A 6 points in 7 matches = 0.85 // Team B 6 points in 6 matches = 1.00

It would be better to have team B in third place.

6.- TOURNAMENT OPERATING DETAILS

1. A Competition Committee will be formed, which will oversee all possible incidents and special situations that arise during the tournament.
2. This Competition Committee can determine that a player who has been disqualified for aggression against an opponent, violent behavior, contempt for the referees, or any other offense that can be classified as serious, may not be allowed to play again for the rest of the tournament.
3. The order and schedule of the matches cannot be modified for any reason, except by decision of the Tournament Competition Committee.
4. The refereeing will be handled by officials belonging to the Referees' Association of the Catalan Handball Federation, as well as pairs of referees belonging to the Royal Spanish Handball Federation participating in the Referees' Course held in Granollers during the tournament. There will also be pairs invited by the organization belonging to federations participating in the tournament.
5. The Federative Delegates have the authority to intervene during the matches in the event of unsportsmanlike actions by players and/or officials of the teams participating in the match. 
6. Apart from the specific tournament rules detailed in this regulation, the rest of the applicable rules are those set forth by the Real Federación Española de Balonmano and the International Handball Federation (IHF).
7. VERIFICATION OF PARTICIPATING PLAYERS' DATES OF BIRTH

1)    The Competition Committee has the authority to verify at any time the birth dates of the players participating in the Granollers Cup matches. For this reason, it is necessary for the participating players to provide a document that verifies the mentioned data (ID card, passport, driver's license...).

2)    The verification of the players' birth dates can be carried out throughout the tournament. If the verification occurs at the end of the match and it is found that a player does not provide the necessary documentation, they have a period of 1 hour to prove their age to the Organizing Committee.

3)    If, once the verification is carried out, it is found that a player or team violates the regulations, the organization will sanction the infringing team with a 10-0 loss and the player with a one-match suspension.

4)    If the request for data verification is not carried out ex officio by the Competition Committee, the applicant must apply to the Organization Office stating the match they wish to have reviewed and pay a non-refundable fee of €100.
